Happy holidays! The US warehouse will be closed the 24th and 25th of December for Christmas. Orders will be processed on the first business day following the respective holidays.
Holiday Shipping - Canada
Happy holidays! Our warehouse will be closed from the 22nd of December to the 3rd of January. Our jolly elves will still be processing orders but thank you for your patience in receiving your shipment as it may take longer than usual.
Canada Post Strike Action
Orders shipped via Canada Post may take longer in transit due to postal worker strikes resulting from an ongoing labor dispute outside of our control. Thank you in advance for your patience.
All orders are shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $10. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery, excluding holidays.
Orders must be placed by Friday, December 14 at 1 pm for your package to arrive before Christmas. Express Shipping deadline is Monday, December 17 for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
Orders over $100 qualify for Free Ground Shipping (within continental USA, excludes AK, HI, PR, Federal States of Micronesia and American Samoa).
For your convenience, we can expedite your order by UPS for an additional charge:
- $15 for 3 day service
- $25 for 2 day service
- $35 for overnight service. Saturday delivery will incur extra charge.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be 2nd day aired.
Orders placed outside of the USA are subject to additional shipping charges. We ship our packages via USPS and delivery can take up to 3 weeks. All applicable taxes,
duties or international merchant fees will be your responsibility.
Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Fleur't does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Fleur't, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you if and when we will have the merchandise in stock.
